Yes. LOAMS gives you immediate access to historical data as far back as 2007 in addition to all sample histories you accumulate moving forward.

No. The LOAMS program is free for as many users as your organization requires. Queen Oil Philippines believes that in addition to quality test results and expert evaluations, our customers need the right tools to get the most out of each oil sample. LOAMS is that tool. Note: When you set up a LOAMS account, you will no longer receive paper reports by mail.

The LOAMS platform is designed to support as many users as each customer requires. Within the LOAMS platform, customers can manage their own users and grant various levels of permission.

No. LOAMS is a 100% web-based platform. Utilizing cloud technology, Queen Oil Philippines has developed a program that simply requires Internet access on one of the following browsers:

• Internet Explorer 7.0 (or greater)
• Google Chrome
• Mozilla FireFox

Yes. We have developed a series of both live and pre-recorded, online training sessions that demonstrate LOAMS features and provide instruction on daily use of the program.
